  • Comfortable Clothing: As you’ll be in close proximity to the natural habitat of the Orangutans, it’s advisable to wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

  • Sun Protection: Pack sunscreen with a high SPF, sunglasses to shield your eyes from the tropical sun, and a wide-brimmed hat for added protection during outdoor activities.

  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the day by bringing a reusable water bottle. The tropical climate can be dehydrating, so having water on hand is essential.

  • Cash/Credit Card: Ensure you have some cash and a credit card with you for any unexpected expenses or you want to get some merchandise from Bali Zoo. This way, you can fully enjoy the experience without any interruptions.

    The Breakfast with Orangutan package typically includes a special breakfast set choices.
  • For safety reasons minimum height requirement for children is 120 cm. and will be charged  adult price. Children under 120 cm are not allowed to enter mud fun area.
  • Wheel chair or baby strollers are allowed to bring into Bali Safari & Marine Park.
  • Baby Food needs to be brought with you like milk and baby porridge. But Adult food & beverage is not allowed to be brought in.
  • Bali Zoo does not provide babysitting services. Parents are responsible for their own kids who are left behind at the restaurant during the mud fun program.
  • Time slot on page indicates time customer should arrive at the venue
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. 
  • A partial refund (max 50%) is available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time and no-shows.
  • Please be mindful of our office hours as all requests will be handled by our finance team during office hours, Monday to Saturday from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our office is closed on Sundays.
