For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
A partial refund (max 50%) is available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time and no-shows.
Please be mindful of our office hours as all requests will be handled by our finance team during office hours, Monday to Saturday from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our office is closed on Sundays.
