The Breakfast with Orangutan package typically includes a special breakfast set choices.
Wheel chair or baby strollers are allowed to bring into Bali Safari & Marine Park.
Baby Food needs to be brought with you like milk and baby porridge. But Adult food & beverage is not allowed to be brought in.
Bali Zoo does not provide babysitting services. Parents are responsible for their own kids who are left behind at the restaurant during the mud fun program.
Time slot on page indicates time customer should arrive at the venue.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
A partial refund (max 50%) is available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time and no-shows.
Please be mindful of our office hours as all requests will be handled by our finance team during office hours, Monday to Saturday from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our office is closed on Sundays.
